Terms & Conditions

About the Deposit
The Deposit, according to the duration of your lease, shall be given on or sent before arrival. If upon checking out, nothing is reported damaged, lost or broken, the deposit will be returned to you immediately. The proprietor reserves the right to replace or repair any breakage at Tenants' expenses and to deduct the costs from the Deposit accordingly. Breakage, loss or damage may postpone the deposit's refund until after the repairs/replacement have been done. If the deposit is insufficient to cover repair/replacement costs, Tenants agree to pay the additional costs. Please ensure that the apartment is left in a satisfying state of cleanliness upon departure.

Renting Terms
The apartment is available from day one at 2pm and should be vacant on the last day of contract at 10.30am. Electricity, heat and water is included in the renting fees. We ask our guests to remain discreet and respect the privacy of the other occupants of the building. Tenants may not request refund for unsatisfying size, location, external events or environment of the apartment. We ask our Tenants to immediately contact the agent by phone (at owner's expense) should any problems pertaining to electricity, plumbing, theft, fire, appliances or security arise.

Liability
The proprietor cannot, under any circumstance, be held responsible by you and your party, for any and all personal injuries, damage to the apartment during rental, or theft, arising out of or connected in any way to your stay.

Competence Clause / Jurisdiction
All eventual disagreements, or disputes, regarding the execution of your Paris rental will be administered by French law and will fall within the competence of the Paris courts.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation more than two months before starting date, the rental fee, minus 10%, to cover cancellation fees, will be returned. For cancellation later than this date, there will be no refund.

Insurance
French law requires all parties to be covered by comprehensive travel insurance (health, accidents and personal liability), while occupying a rental property. This insurance doesn't cover the personal belongings of the occupant in case of burglary.
